Abstract

Teaching is a process which strives to produce change in pupils. This process is dependent upon information. Any program of instruction must be based upon and directed by information on pupil aptitude, interest and achievement. Every teacher is faced with the problem of gathering information applicable to the teaching-learning process. This information is ordinarily gathered with some form of test.
