Abstract

The implication of a probable link between the Black juvenile delinquent and learning disabilities has been suggested by the researcher. In addition to the correlation between juvenile delinquency among Blacks and learning disabilities, a third dimension has also been directly correlated. The third dimension is the schools' failure to adequately teach the Black youth effectively.
