Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain whether or not (1) the labeled student was affected by peer pressures and attitudes, teacher biases and attitudes and legislative categorical funding; (2) the label was necessary or unnecessary; (3) it affects the self concept of exceptional education students who have been mainstreamed.
